Hale (they/them) completed their RYT200hr in 2017, and has since supplemented that education with coursework in meditation, and nervous system regulation. Hale’s teaching draws inspiration from the intersections of yogic philosophy and liberation movements. They love to teach slow flows with a focus on breath and facilitating self-curiosity and attention. They believe in yoga as a tool to connect with ourselves and our community, and they offer options throughout class for folks to access the practice that is right for each person. Outside of the PYP community, Hale teaches trauma-sensitive classes for Sea Change Yoga and is a working artist based out of the Space studios.
