mutual aid.
Mutual aid is a strategy for community care. Our health, safety, and freedom are connected.
Each month The Portland Yoga Project highlights the incredible work of local non-profits as a way of embodying our mission of inclusivity, service, and social awareness that we believe is at the heart of yoga. We invite the people who are so supportive of what we do at The Portland Yoga Project to participate in mutual aid though donations, education, and volunteering. Follow us on Instagram for education and volunteer opportunities and visit the organization’s webpage to donate directly to support their vital work.
