Vinyasa

Kalli (she/her) completed her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training in 2023, with the Portland Yoga Project. Her passion lies in nurturing both the body and the mind through yoga and meditation. With a background in teaching gymnastics and diving, her classes aim to blend dynamic vinyasa flows, weaving strength, flexibility, and a little play into each practice!

Kalli believes that yoga can be a powerful tool for self-discovery and self-care. Through conscious breath, mindful movement, and introspection, we can cultivate a profound sense of connection to ourselves and the world around us.

Outside of the studio, you'll find her immersed in nature, starting a new DIY craft project, or deep in a TV show binge.
