what to expect
Take a deep dive into the practice of barre and come away with the skills and tools to teach an effective, efficient, and fun barre class. Our training includes lectures, workshops, and hands-on experience in the following areas:
Applied Anatomy
Theory of exercise and alignment
Sequencing, Musicality & Theming
Pre/Post Natal Barre and Modifications
Injuries/Limitations and Modifications
Class Management
Art of Verbal Cueing
Practice Teaching
29 contact hours + 5 additional hours will be required to complete training.
