Practice breath awareness and control to balance your energetic vitality, with meditation to develop concentrated focus. Benefits include stress reduction, a haven of quietude and introspection, and self-awareness and emotional and physiological regulation. No experience needed - just an open heart and mind. Expect seated and reclined postures, gentle movements, guided instruction for breathwork, visualization, mudras, and periods of silence and space.
