Join Stephen and Jess on a 7-day, 6-night barre & yoga retreat at the Olo Center in Enonkoski, Finland from August 2-8, 2025.

We will start every day with an invigorating matte or barre class, followed by a delicious breakfast and free time to explore the grounds of this beautiful Scandinavian oasis. A daily group lunch will be followed by free time where you can access a traditional wood-fired Finnish sauna, have the option to do a plethora of outdoor activities or pamper yourself with a spa treatment. In the evening we will close out our days with a restorative or yin class and then have dinner together to unwind from the day. 

Included in the price of the trip are all accommodations, three meals per day prepared by a local chef, one hour of daily sauna use, an indoor experience hosted by the resort center, an adventurous excursion outside of the retreat grounds, and transport to/from Savonlinna to the retreat center. Extra spa experience and outdoor/indoor excursions and experiences are available and reasonably priced. Opportunities to venture into the local town are also available.

    Whether you prefer to explore the surrounding landscapes with a guide or independently, we have a diverse selection of routes for you to choose from.

    • 8am Wake up / coffee + tea available

    • 9am Morning barre or matte practice 

    • 10:30am breakfast

    • 11:30am free time

    • 2pm lunch

    • 3-5pm free time

    • 5pm evening yin or restorative yoga practice

  • Where do I fly into?

    Helsinki or Savonlinna airports. If traveling from Helsinki you must take the train to Savonlinna.

    How do I get from the airport to the train station?

    • Helsinki Airport is served by I and P trains.

    • The trains run between the airport and Helsinki city center every 10 minutes Monday to Saturday and every 15 minutes on Sundays. At quiet times, the trains run less frequently, with headways of up to 30 minutes.

    • I trains take about 27 minutes to get to the city center. Helsinki–Tikkurila–Airport–Myyrmäki–Helsinki.

    • P trains take about 32 minutes. (Helsinki–Myyrmäki–Airport–Tikkurila–Helsinki)

    Where is the Airport Train Station located?

    The train station is directly under the airport terminal. It is accessible by lift or escalator from the arrival and departure halls.


    How does transportation from the Savonlinna Train Station work?

    The retreat center has a van that will pick up a group of people from the Savonlinna train station and we will travel together to the retreat center. There will be designated times for pick up that we will arrange with the retreat center staff.

    What kind of food will be served?

    Delicious, healthy meals from the finest wild, locally sourced organic ingredients, some even grown in our own garden.. Their cuisine is seasonal and combines the best of the Nordic and Mediterranean flavours.

    Inspired by the healthy eating movement, they have created a balanced menu that respects wholesome and nutritious foods. They accommodate all dietary restrictions because we want to provide the best dining experience possible, and know everyone’s eating needs are unique. 

    What if I’m traveling solo?

    No problem! Pick one of our single rooms available or pick a shared room that you love. We have seen some of the best friendships develop on our past retreats!

    What if I need to cancel?

    Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE, no exceptions. Refunds will be processed if you cancel before April 2, 2025 (minus 6% for processing fees). You can protect your investment by purchasing trip insurance through a 3rd party provider.

    Do you offer payment plans?

    Yes! After your deposit is made, please email us and let us know you’d like to set up a payment plan. Balance must be paid in full before June 22, 2025 and will be split into even installments each month. Installments will be processed on the 22nd of each month.
