This four week series will focus on therapeutic yoga practices to support the health of your neck, shoulders and upper back. These are common spots for tension and stiffness, and this series with work on relief through mobility, strength and postural habits.This series is for you if:
You sense chronic stiffness and tension, and want to focus your yoga practice on changing your habits.
You’ve graduated from physical therapy sessions, you’re post-rehab and you need to maintain strength and mobility.
You’ve dealt with upper body issues for years, and you need a regular routine to sustain strength.
These classes are slow and detailed, with plenty of opportunity for discussion and attention to individual issues. If you are post-rehab from injury or surgery, make sure you are cleared for exercise before signing up.
