TRAUMA INFORMED YOGA FOR WOMEN

held the 3rd Wednesday of every month

from 7pm-8pm

This class is designed for women survivors of trauma, including those experiencing chronic pain. The focus of this class is to befriend our bodies through movement, breath, and self-awareness to help regulate the nervous system, manage stress, and cultivate a sense of calm and grounded-ness. We will explore sensations of comfort and ease and emphasize listening to our own body’s wisdom, needs, and boundaries in a supportive and non-judgmental environment. We believe in the healing power of community and connection.

No prior experience of yoga is required! All women are welcome.
